The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is #momentsformovement; our Sports and Social team have a host of activities planned this week to help you find your moment.

Tuesday 14 May – Weymouth
Organised Walk and Café Social
11am, meet at the Jubilee Clock Tower on Weymouth seafront

Tuesday 14 May – Bournemouth
6-a-side Football Tournament with AFCB Community Trust
3pm (3.30pm kick off) with £1 entry, Vitality Stadium 3G pitches, next to Kings Park car park BH1 4NN

Wednesday 15 May – Poole
Beach Activities Day with Dorset Recovery Education Centre
10am-4pm, Flaghead Chine
We’ll have beach huts, beach volleyball, a range of other games and refreshments too. Come along and join in, bring a picnic, watch or just have a chat to find out more about what we do.
Getting there:
• Search ‘Flaghead Chine’ online – we’ll be near the huts, right by the kiosk
• Public Transport – get the Breezer 50/60 bus
• Driving – park at Shore Road Car Park
