David is a charity sector leader with over 30 years’ experience in governance, strategic leadership, and community-focused advocacy. His career has spanned national and international non-profit organisations, with a consistent emphasis on social justice, wellbeing, and empowerment of marginalised communities.
David currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Diocese of Salisbury, overseeing strategy, safeguarding, community engagement, finance and operational delivery across Dorset and Wiltshire.
David is a committed advocate for mental health and trauma-informed practice, drawing on both professional insight and lived experience.
