There are a number of resources available online and via Apps that allow you to monitor your mood and cope with anxiety amongst other things.  These include computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools which can help you to challenge negative thoughts and emotions.

Whilst some of these resources are available for free, some may require a membership fee or subscription service to access certain features.

Togetherall has a step-by-step walkthrough to wellbeing and recovery.  This includes mood tests and guides for healthy living.  The service is available for free on the NHS depending on your location.
