Lesley is an experienced healthcare and Higher Education leader with over 30 years of expertise spanning allied health, academic governance, and strategic leadership. Lesley currently serves as Vice Chancellor and CEO of the Health Sciences University (HSU) in Bournemouth.
Lesley’s professional background as a physiotherapist and academic, underpins her deep commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented care, with a strong focus on motivational interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and coproduction with people with lived experience.
