Steve played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Weymouth College with Kingston Maurward College, demonstrating strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and a deep commitment to inclusive education. Steve’s insight into mental health has been shaped through his professional experience supporting employee wellbeing in business and through his work as a Governor.
